We have five Negotiation Skills courses available in this series that focus on intro to negotiation and strategy, planning effective negotiations, opening win-win discussions, exploring win-win alternatives, reaching agreement and tactics. Each course averages 15 minutes to complete with a post assessment included for each course. The Application Activity forms will allow the participant to apply the learnings in their own scenario and environment.

Course Highlights
Negotiation is an interaction of influences where two or more parties, with common and conflicting goals, willingly discuss proposals in order to reach agreement. It’s a strategy used to meet our needs, both known and underlying, when someone else controls what we want. Discover a variety of tactics depending on the situation. You will be able to identify questions needing answers before negotiating. You will understand the importance of what you need for a high-quality negotiation and spot any pitfalls of bargaining.
